The Rehab Practice provides private neuro-therapy rehabilitation located within an individual’s own home, their community setting or private based facility.

The Rehab Practice provides a multidisciplinary team of highly skilled neuro-specialist therapists who offer expertise in education, motivation and supporting recovery following acute and long term neurological conditions.

We work together with individuals, their families and carers, to set rehabilitation goals. These goals are designed to improve function and support self management for clients affected by stroke and other neurological conditions.
